Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Age Restriction & Verification

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets on BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other events are subject to faster market suspension and re-opening than pre-match markets. 13bet is not responsible for any bets placed immediately before a market is suspended or after it is reopened if the resulting price differs from what a player expected. All confirmed in-play bets are binding.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 13bet platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. - Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with casino games outside of normal manual play.
- Match Fixing or Insider Information: Placing bets on events where you have non-public inside knowledge of the outcome, or that you believe are subject to manipulation by any party.
- Money Laundering: Using the 13bet platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. 13bet complies with all applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Account Suspension & Closure
13bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

If the account remains inactive following notification, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player completing a new login.
Limitation of Liability
